Catch Up Services are bookkeeping services that are performed to catch up all transactions, reconciliations, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other bookkeeping work for every month starting at the beginning of the client fiscal year.  

These services are performed when a company has been in business for a while and/or has not selected any accounting software to track daily transactions, bank deposits, vendor invoices and inventory. They typically would track there work through paper or manual tracking (Excel Spreadsheet) type methods.

In these cases, Transformative BK will work with the client to setup up their account through our QuickBooks Setup Services first and then Catch Up on all the previous months of business to insure that all transactions, etc are accounted for since the beginning of the client fiscal year.

Clean Up Services are bookkeeping services that are performed to clean up all transactions, reconciliations, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other bookkeeping work for every month starting at the beginning of the client fiscal year.  

These services are performed when a company has been in business for a while, has not selected QuickBooks as their accounting software to track daily transactions, bank deposits, vendor invoices and inventory.  Typically this service is performed when the following occurs:

1. The business has fallen behind on performing their bookkeeping services because they are overwhelmed with the amount of business they are receiving and bookkeeping activities were deemed less important.

2. Bookkeeping has been performed at the business but activities for keeping the records up-to-date has stopped for some reason.

Regardless of the reasons, Transformative BK will work with you to clean up any previous month inconsistencies that are found, balance your books so that they are correct, and reconcile your accounts to bring you current on your bookkeeping activities.  These activities are similar to Catch Up Services.  They are different in the sense that accounting software has already been set up, data has been entered into it, and some level of reporting has been established.
