Mr. Souders is a seasoned veteran of the business community with 25+ years of service.  He has held various positions in business to include supply chain management, information technology, financial and business support operations, and security compliance.  He has worked with small, medium and large scale business to optimize their processes and procedures, provide team leadership, and utilize technologies to help those businesses drive profitability and efficiency.

I grew up in Feeding Hills, MA and went to Agawam public schools.  I currently live in Feeding Hills.  I am an outdoorsman that enjoys hiking, fishing and camping.
